With direct access to the San Salvador Beach, the Restaurant D.O. offers a new perspective on the Mediterranean Cuisine. Located in a privileged setting, D.O means Denomination of Origin, which is an official classification that certifies that the produce follows strict origin and quality regulations.
At D.O. produce is king, and the cooking methods used focus on the preservation of the original aromas and textures of the raw elements. In Catalan, we call it "Cuina de la Terra" (Cuisine from our land).
