Chef's Table at Nife

Chef's Table at Nife is a unique & exclusive speakeasy culinary experience from award winning Chef Dwyght Vester, at the Bistro La Catedral, in Arucas. Serving an innovative, rustic and wild fine dining tasting menu in an informal, sociable setting.

Dwyght cooks for just 8 guests a night. The focus is on delicious food, served as a series of small dishes in a relaxed atmosphere while Dwyght cooks, serves & introduces the dishes.

A seasonal soft drink is served on arrival & water and cordial are provided on the tables as well as a local wine pairing.

Guests can enter only with a previous reservation.
